Celebrate the Autumnal Equinox with 108 Sun Salutations!
This long-held tradition commemorates and celebrates the change in the seasons. During the Equinox, day and night are equal in length and the Fall Equinox represents a time to go inward and ground oneself before the Winter Solstice.
Ages 16+
Not an activity for someone without yoga experience. Do not eat right beforehand. Come well-hydrated. We provide equipment but suggest bringing your own. Bring plenty of water. No one is required to finish all 108 sun salutations.
