Something exciting is happening at Anderson Park!
After receiving $523,551 from the Metropolitan Football Stadium District Funding for Youth Activity Programs , and receiving feedback from youth community members on preferences for use of these funds, a large, nature-themed playground designed by GameTime will be installed at Anderson Park next to the nature play area!
Construction broke ground at the site this week and equipment to begin installation will arrive the week of September 18th. A chain link fence will keep the area secure during construction.
The project is projected to take 3-4 weeks, and updates will be provided on our website if there are any delays.
