Set-up & Clean-up
Time needed for set-up and clean-up must be scheduled as part of your rental time. Set-up of tables and chairs is not provided at Prospect Hall. The facility must be vacated by 10 pm, therefore events must end no later than 9:30 pm to allow time for clean-up.
Rates & Deposits
- $75/hour (plus 3.5% tax)
- Damage Deposit: $100 ($200 if serving alcohol)
Serving Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted for weddings only. The City of Wheat Ridge requires liability insurance for special events serving alcohol, with 100 or more guests. The cost of insurance obtained through the City is $101 for groups of 50 guests or fewer and $126 for groups of 51 to 150 guests.
